Draft minutes of SGM’s stadium discussion

The draft minutes of the last Dons Trust SGM, held in April, are now available to read online. The meeting discussed options for detailed design of the proposed new stadium in Wimbledon.

These minutes remain designated ‘draft’ for the time being. They  will be subject to formal approval at the next SGM which will be held later in 2015, precise date to be confirmed.

Vote to get funding for new girls’ teams

You can help AFC Wimbledon Ladies and Girls expand the number of girls’ teams they run by voting for them in a funding competition.

Next season the girls’ set-up would like to add a new Under-11s team, an additional Under-14s team, and a new Under-18s team so that they can offer enjoyable football to girls of all ages in the local community.

Thanks from Wimbledon Foodbank

Wimbledon Foodbank has given their thanks to AFC Wimbledon and the Dons Trust for our continuing support.

For the last few years the club’s fans have supported the Foodbank with donations of food, other specifically requested items and money, all collected in the run-up to Christmas.

And in 2013 the players visited the Foodbank, which is based in High Path, Wimbledon, to deliver that year’s collection.
