Members are reminded that an SGM will be held on Monday 16 November to bring to a conclusion the votes authorising the sale of The Cherry Red Records Stadium.
The SGM is being held at The Cherry Red Records Stadium and starts at 7.30pm.
Dons Trust members have until 7.30pm on Saturday 14 November to cast their proxy votes online or return paper proxies. A final reminder email for online voting is due to go out tonight (13 November) via Survey Monkey. An alternative is for members to download the proxy form and email the Dons Trust Secretary with a scan of the filled-in form. (Submitted forms will be checked against the Dons Trust membership list.) Otherwise, the only way of voting is to attend the SGM and vote in person.
Besides hearing the outcome of the voting process, attending the SGM also provides an opportunity to discuss the possibilities for including safe standing in the design of the new stadium. Members are encouraged to attend.
