Membership Survey Results

At the end of last season, the Dons Trust Board asked fans – both Trust members and non-members – to complete a survey. Board member Colin Dipple has been looking at the results.

31st August – SGM

Our next special general meeting (SGM) will be held at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on Thursday, August 31, starting at 7.30 pm. It will take place in the back bar.

 

This is the second of three general meetings to be held this year. These meetings are opportunities for members and the Dons Trust Board to discuss policies and developments within the organisation, for members to ask questions of the board and for you the members to hold us accountable..

Papers for June’s SGM

Last week the formal announcement of the upcoming SGM was sent to all members. However, due to an administrative oversight, the agenda and the minutes from last December’s AGM were not included.

April SGM rescheduled

The Dons Trust Board has decided to reschedule the SGM that was pencilled in for April 27 until early June. We will communicate the new date as soon as possible.

As many of you will have seen in Erik Samuelson’s recent programme/web article, things are progressing well on the new stadium project but the Section 106/Development Agreement is still being finalised, and we are also awaiting responses to our request for tenders from potential construction partners.

Reminder : Upcoming SGM

There will be an SGM on Monday 16th September

The next Dons Trust Special General Meeting is scheduled for Monday 16 September when amongst other things there will be an update on the new stadium proposals in Wimbledon.

Under Rule 23 of the DT Constitution members are also allowed to put forward their own motions.  They must be signed by the proposer and 5 other members and sent to the Dons Trust Secretary no later than noon on..
