New Treasurer appointedFollowing our recent advert and subsequent interview process, the Dons Trust is delighted to announce that Michele Little has taken on the role of Dons Trust Treasurer.
Michele is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Tax Adviser, who is currently Treasurer of two London-based charities.
The board wishes to record its gratitude to Mukesh Desai, our outgoing Treasurer, who has provided an excellent service to us for the past year.
The Trust’s Treasurer, Mukesh Desai, has decided to stand down, owing to the conflicting pressures of his day-job and performing the role of Treasurer. The board wishes to extend its thanks to Mukesh for the valuable work he has performed for us over the past year. Mukesh has kindly agreed to remain in post for a few more weeks until the Trust’s year-end accounts have been prepared.

New Trust treasurerWe are pleased to announce that Mukesh Desai has stepped forward to become the Trust’s new treasurer.
Mukesh volunteered following an appeal for help made by the Trust board in February. His offer was formally accepted at last night’s Dons Trust board meeting. Mukesh’s is a non-board role looking after the Trust’s own accounts and finances.

Following the changes to the board arising from the 2018 elections, we currently do not have a Dons Trust Board member with the appropriate qualifications and experience to serve as Treasurer. The board has therefore decided to advertise the following two unpaid positions.
