The next Dons Trust SGM will take place on Wednesday 28 April at 19.30 BST.
The meeting will be strictly restricted to Dons Trust members only. We will need to confirm you are a member before approving your registration. You will be notified when your registration has been approved.
You do not have to install Zoom software to take part as you can also connect via your web browser. We have been advised by members that voting on a web-version of Zoom is easier than eg the mobile app.
Voting on any resolutions will take place online during the meeting (or by submitting proxies in advance), and we will guide you through that process. If you receive your information electronically and you can’t attend the meeting you can fill in your proxy digitally (without having to print) and email it to the secretary (as will be set out the in instructions when the papers for the meeting are circulated). Any votes taken on the night will be verified and announced after the event as they need to be audited to ensure no double votes by members and that all votes are made by members.
The meeting will be recorded and made available after the event to Dons Trust members on the ProBoards forum. If you haven’t registered for ProBoards please got to https://donstrust.boards.net/ to register.
