The Constitution Working Group has continued their work and are pleased to present a draft Standing Orders for comment. This has been drafted taking into account rules from Cooperatives UK and the FSA, as well as a review of our existing Constitution for items to include. These will be put to a vote as part of the vote on the Constitution and will only take effect in the event that the new Constitution is passed. Please send your comments to the Secretary (secretary@thedonstrust.org) and DTB Lead for the CWG James Ledward (james.ledward@thedonstrust.org) no later than Thursday 26th February to ensure that they can be considered.
