Dear Fellow Member,

I’m writing to invite you to the second of this year’s Dons Trust Special General Meetings (SGM), details as above.

As you may know, the Dons Trust holds three formal “general meetings” each year, where members and the Board discuss policies and developments within the Club, members ask questions of the Board, and you hold us accountable for what we have (and haven’t) done over the year.

There are no special resolutions on this agenda but it is nevertheless an important time for both the club and the Trust with progress off the pitch towards the new stadium proposals and associated arrangements for how the organisations change and operate together in future.

There will therefore be more time than usual to ask the Football Club Board about its latest activities including the latest on the new stadium as well as hearing from the Dons Trust Board on its latest organisational proposals and a report back on DT matchday representation and future ticket pricing, both of which were raised at the last SGM in May (minutes of which are also attached).

Finally, we will round up Any Other Business with a final chance for members to air any thoughts or concerns.

I very much hope you can make it along for what I believe will be a lively and enjoyable evening.

Yours faithfully,

Matthew Breach

DTB Chair
