Don’t forget to vote in this year’s Dons Trust Board elections, which members should by now be aware started three weeks ago.
Members have been sent their ballot forms either by email or by post, based on their stated preference, with people who have opted out of Survey Monkey receiving a ballot through the post.
Firstly, thank you to those members who have already voted. An email reminder will be sent out over the weekend of Saturday 29 November, again by Survey Monkey.
We have had a number of enquiries from people saying they have not received the original ballot form via email.
In such cases it is possible that the email has been directed to your spam or junk mail folder, depending on your computer settings. In some circumstances these folders are emptied automatically on a regular basis, again depending on your settings. If you have not received the email, please check these folders first.
In other cases, members have changed their email address and not notified us.
If you believe you are a paid up member but have not received a ballot form, please email the Elections Steering Group as soon as possible.
