The Trust has picked up about 350 new members in the last few weeks (we normally get one or two a week). Consequently, we need to organise a mass mail out and will need quite a lot of help.
Membership secretary John Stembridge is planning on preparing the packs (essentially envelope stuffing with certificate, letter, card and badge) over two evenings, Wednesday 13 July and Thursday 14 July, at the Sultan pub in South Wimbledon.
He plans to start around 6.30 pm and anticipates three hours per evening. Obviously, the time taken depends on the number of volunteers!
