The next SGM of the Dons Trust, will be held at 7.30pm on 19 March at theCherry Red Records Stadium.
The Dons Trust exercises its formal control over AFC Wimbledon though a controlling shareholding in AFCW PLC, which in turn owns all the shares in AFC Wimbledon. The SGM will consider some formal resolutions and business relating to AFCW PLC, in advance of the AGM of AFCW PLC. These include, in particular, approval of AFCW PLC’s accounts for the year to 30 June 2019 and re-election of various directors to the board of AFCW PLC.
The meeting will provide the opportunity for an update on the new stadium and its financing and consideration of a members’ resolution regarding Milton Keynes.
In addition, the DTB and Club conducted a Ticketing Structure & Pricing Survey of fans and members between February 28-March 6 and will be presenting the results along with an overview of how this feedback will be used to shape the Club’s ticketing and pricing strategy for the season ahead.
The SGM is also an opportunity to ask questions of board members, to hold us to account for our progress and also to give your feedback on topics of interest.
