Kicking off at 19:00 GMT on Tuesday 30 March, the next session will be hosted by Hannah Kitcher and Tim Hillyer, who will be joined by AFC Wimbledon CEO Joe Palmer.

For anyone who missed previous sessions, the idea is that each month, a couple of Dons Trust Board representatives host a Q&A with members via Zoom. This format allows for an in-depth, personal and direct engagement between fans and their elected representatives.
You are invited to send questions over in advance to contact@thedonstrust.org by noon on Wednesday 25 March, and Hannah and Tim will attempt to answer them on Tuesday 30th.
We are asking that individuals send over no more than two questions each in advance, so that we can answer as many as possible. You will also be able to ask questions live on the night via Zoom’s chat function.
We’d like to encourage members to ask questions relating to Hannah and Tim’s specialist areas of responsibility on the board, where they will be able to answer as fully as possible.
Hannah is supporting the Club strategy review and the restructuring of the Club’s volunteering framework, and is a member of the DT comms team. Hannah is also the Trust’s primary liaison with the Membership Secretary and will support the integration of the AFC Wimbledon Ladies with the rest of the Club and Trust.
Tim is supporting the Club’s structural and governance review and is the primary liaison with wider bodies including NCVO, Merton voluntary services, National Football Museum.
Given the SGM the following day, a hot topic is sure to be the potential use of Plough Lane by London Broncos, and Hannah and Tim will be able to answer any outstanding questions on this, and will be joined by Joe Palmer to ensure no detail is missed.
The session will be recorded and made available, initially to Dons Trust members via the ProBoards forum.
