Xavier Wiggins has decided to step down from his positions on the Dons Trust and AFCW PLC boards for personal reasons, with immediate effect. We thank Xavier for his service.
Following discussions with the Dons Trust Secretary, the Board has agreed to fill the resulting vacancy under the terms of rule 62b, and will appoint a replacement board member at its next meeting, on Wednesday 20 April 2022.
With Joe Palmer having stood down from the AFCW PLC board, the Dons Trust retains its majority of board members, and so no additional appointment is necessary.
