The Dons Trust Board are delighted to announce the next in our series of Meet The DTB events.
Luke Mackenzie and Graham Stacey will be your hosts for our next session of 2022, kicking off at 20.00 GMT on Wednesday September 7. Please note registration closes at 17.00 GMT (5pm) on September 7. You can register here
You are invited to send questions over in advance tocontact@thedonstrust.org by noon on Tuesday September 6 and Luke and Graham will attempt to answer as many as possible over the course of an hour on the 7th. Subject to time, you will also be able to ask questions live on the night using Zoom’s Q&A function.
By sending questions in advance, our hosts will be able to prepare a more complete answer to your question, even if it isn’t in their specialist area.
Please note that we are asking that individuals send over no more than two questions each in advance, so that we can answer questions from as many members as possible on the night.
For anyone who has missed previous sessions, the idea is that, each month or so, a couple of Dons Trust Board members host a Q&A with members via Zoom. The format is designed to allow for more informal, in-depth, and more personal, direct engagement between fans and their elected representatives.
Luke says: ‘It has been a while since we’ve done one of these and lots has happened, so I’m sure there will be lots to talk about – whether that’s some tough questions on budget or fun stuff about how points we’re going to win the league by. What we talk about is pretty much up to you and I look forward to having you join us.’
Graham adds: ‘We get asked lots of great questions on a daily basis – whether at the ground or over email or WhatsApp, on the various forums or via Proboards or on social media – and I’m very aware not everyone will see all the answers, so this is a great opportunity for everyone to get their burning questions answered in one place. See you there.’
The session will be recorded and made available after the event as video and audio, initially to Dons Trust members on the ProBoards forum.
