Dons Trust Board Meeting Wednesday 11th December 2024 Summary
The entire current board excluding Hannah were in attendance, Also in attendance were George Jones (Acting Secretary), Reece Wheeler-Kelly (Acting Assistant Secretary) and Michele Little (Treasurer). Also attending as observers were new board members Ivor Heller, Ian Robinson and Simon Hood.
Angus opened the meeting by thanking the current board for all of their efforts over the last 12 months.
The board received an update on the progress on their appointment of the new PLC Chair. There are two candidates remaining from a field of over 150, and meetings are being organised with reports and others. The appointment will be made in January by the new board after a final interview panel.
A discussion took place on the future structure of the secretariat.

Michele provided an update on the Plough Lane Bonds.
A discussion took place reviewing the recent RA campaigns following a document prepared by James L, Kevin and Graeme and Reece presenting the data analysis work he had done on the voting data.
Anuk provided an update from the community theme group including a number of recent and upcoming events.
A discussion took place on how to engage with international members.
Graeme provided an update from the Fundraising and Culture and Mission and Oversight theme groups.
The board signed off on the 2025 KPIs but encouraged the new board members present to review them.
A discussion took place surrounding the procedures at the AGM.
A discussion took place on sponsorship policies.
