The April DTB meeting took place on Wednesday 9th April at Plough Lane. Apologies had been received from Alex who was unable to attend and from Sean, Martin and Ian who were at a Blue and Yellow club event at the House of Lords. Michele also sent her apologies for the same reason as did Mick Buckley who had been due to attend. As a result of Sean’s absence in line with the constitution Angus chaired the meeting.
Phil Hastings provided an update on the latest work of the club’s foundation and their strategy for the coming years.
A discussion took place on the DT strategy document that is due to be presented at the SGM.
The minutes from the March meeting were approved.
The board went through it’s outstanding actions list as well as the club board actions.
A discussion took place on an upcoming members survey focusing on the impact of early kickoffs.
George informed the board of the plans for the upcoming SGM.

A discussion took place surrounding the impact of the Online Safety Bill and potential mitigation.
All the working groups provided updates.
An update was provided in relation to the Club Chair recruitment. An update will be shared with members in due course.

George provided an update on the latest in the ongoing process in relation to the board vacancy.
Discussion took place in relation to the internal DT Rota and George made a proposal with the intention of reducing the number of errors in the DT newsletter.
