Monday 14th July 7.30pm: Strategy consultation online open meeting.
A live meeting where members can ask questions and give their views to the board on the strategy document shared at the Spring SGM. The document can be viewed via: Link
This meeting will take place live on the Dons Discord. If you have not registered yet you can join via: Link. Details on how to join the session will be posted in the Dons Discord in the days leading up to the open meeting. Please note in order to ensure you have access to the meeting you must register for the Dons Discord by midday on Monday 14th July, We will do our best to confirm registrations after this time however we cannot guarantee it will be confirmed before the session starts.
Monday 11th August: Dons Trust SGM
This meeting will be hybrid and will be held in the 1889 Lounge at Plough Lane and Online. More details will be made available closer to the time.
The deadline for members resolutions will be 23,59pm Monday 14th July. If you intend to submit a members resolution or would like any assistance in relation to one please email secretary@thedonstrust.org. It would be appreciated by the Secretary if any members resolutions could be submitted at the earliest opportunity in order to facilitate the smooth organisation of the online element of meeting.
