The Dons Trust held its August meeting on 13th August with apologies being received from Hannah and David.
The board approved the minutes from both July meetings.
A number of email decisions taken over the last month including: The appointment of James Ledward to fill a casual vacancy position, The appointment of David Rey to fill a casual vacancy position and the appointment of Dave Boyle to assist the ongoing constitution rewrite and to help advise the secretariat when needed were all ratified.
The outstanding actions list was then reviewed and updated.
The board then reviewed the minutes from the previous Club Board meeting and Papers for the upcoming Club Board meeting.
An update was provided on the Dons Trust Finances and Plough Lane Bonds.
The board received updates on various projects including Fundraising, B-Corp and the upcoming Worldwide Wombles Weekend.
A discussion took place surrounding the Women’s team.
George provided an update on the upcoming general meetings.

The board received an update on the tech issues that impacted the recent strategy meeting.
