The Dons Trust Board held it’s scheduled September meeting on Wednesday 10th September. Apologised were received from Ian Robinson and Simon Hood.
The board approved the August minutes.
An update was provided on the latest in the election process. Including a vote being taken in relation to a decision made by the ESG.
The board then reviewed the outstanding actions list and reviewed the papers for the recent Club board meeting and discussed the topics due to be discussed at the following club board meeting.
A lengthy agenda item followed focused on club and DT finances and options going forward.
A discussion took place in relation to planning upcoming SGMs and AGMs.
An update was delivered on the latest EDI work done by the club.
The board received feedback from the recent Women’s board meeting.
Reece provided an update on Discord.
The various working groups updated the board on their latest developments.
A discussion took place on formalising board member contact points.
A closed board session took place at the conclusion of the meeting.
Additional closed sessions took place on Thursday 11th and Monday 15th.
