The Dons Trust Board held a short board meeting following the conclusion of the AFCW PLC AGM and the Dons Trust AGM on Monday 15th December. The meeting began at 9pm.
The meeting was a focused meeting to determine key board responsibilities going into the new year to ensure ongoing projects are not interrupted.
The meeting began with Angus welcoming Chris Atkinson to the board. Chris was attending his first board meeting as a full board member following the Dons Trust AGM having previously attended as an observer. Chris Atkinson joined the meeting online as did Graeme Price and Reece Wheeler-Kelly. David Rey was invited as an observer.
At the meeting:
Angus Fox was unanimously re-elected chair of the Dons Trust.
Angus Fox was unanimously re-elected chair of the Dons Trust.
Graeme Price was unanimously re-elected vice-chair of the Dons Trust.
Angus Fox, Graeme Price and James Longhurst were unanimously re-elected to serve as the DTB reps on the AFCW Club board.
David Rey was asked to leave the meeting and after a short discussion among board members, he was invited to fill a casual vacancy to continue the work he is involved with in our investment and finance activities. David re-joined the meeting and was unanimously appointed until the next AGM.
Following these decisions a discussion took place on upcoming meetings and a discussion took place to ensure the board are across issues to be decided at the January board meetings.
