The Dons Trust Board held its scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday 10th June. Apologies were received from Alex Folkes.
The board approved the minutes from its May meeting subject to further redactions.
The board reviewed the papers from the previous club board meeting and discussed topics on the agenda at the following weeks club board meeting.
The board reviewed the clubs budget for the 26-27 season.
A number of discussions took place on finance, plough lane bonds and the board received an investor update.
The board reviewed a paper looking at future strategy options.
A discussion took place on a revamped secretariat following the resignation of Reece Wheeler-Kelly and a separate update from George.
The board discussed an operational issue surrounding certain upcoming fixtures.
The board ratified the membership offering for the 26-27 season.
Further discussions took place in relation to SGM planning and WhatsApp,
The board were notified of the identity of the new Women’s manager.
Updates were provided in relation to ED&I, Elections and the new constitution.
