This was a short additional meeting of the Dons Trust Board, convened at short notice and held online.
The board had a lengthy discussion about investment matters and next steps.
Under Any Other Business, the board unanimously approved a number of recruitment recommendations: the appointment of an independent scrutineer for the forthcoming Trust elections, the formal appointment of Dave Boyle as Secretary, and the process for selecting and appointing members of the disciplinary pool.
The next scheduled board meeting is on 12 August 2026 at 6.00pm at Plough Lane and online.
