Dons Trust supports Olympic Stadium petition

The Dons Trust Board is urging members to support a petition calling for a public inquiry into West Ham United’s move to the Olympic Stadium in Stratford.

Media attention has focused on the deal in recent weeks, particularly following a recent BBC documentary into the move.

The petition is backed by the supporters’ trusts of a number of London clubs, including those of Leyton Orient and Charlton Athletic, who claim their clubs will be most affected by the deal.

Supporters Summit 2015

The fourth Supporters Summit was held in Manchester last month. Dons fan and Football Supporters’ Federation national council member Tim Hillyer was there, and reports on the proceedings.

Volunteer for stadium campaign

The Dons Trust will be launching an important stadium-related campaign at the home match against Exeter City on Saturday, August 29.

As part of this, the Dons Trust are looking for a dozen volunteers to help with leafleting and promotion before the match.
