Help Dons Trust trial new web tool

The Dons Trust Board (DTB) is looking for some Trust member volunteers to help with a project the that board is undertaking to improve engagement with members.

Over recent months the DTB has been trialling Webjam, an online collaboration and social media tool. The Board now wants to extend the trial to include Trust members, too.

If you would like to be part of a group of volunteers who will test and develop the site and you can attend a couple of feedback meetings (on July 8 and August19), please email Jane Lonsdale by Wednesday, July 1. You need to be a Dons Trust member to take part.

What is Webjam?

Webjam is an online social media and collaboration tool, not dissimilar to Facebook. But unlike Facebook it is a secure site and you have to be invited to become a member.

The DTB is always looking for ways to improve its communication and engagement with Trust members, and Webjam is being considered as a way to do this. It enables the DTB and Trust members to communicate with each other but, just as importantly, it provides a voice for members to communicate back to the DTB on key issues that affect both the Trust and our football club.

Only DT members will have access to Webjam: AFC Wimbledon fans who aren’t members of the Dons Trust and others won’t have access to the network.
