We have received reports that AGM papers for those that receive them by post are in some cases being delayed and caught up in the backlog of Christmas mail.
The papers for the meeting can be found on the general meetings page (thedonstrust.org/general-meetings) of this website and are available to download.
If you wish to exercise a proxy, we strongly suggest that this is emailed to the Dons Trust secretary – secretary@thedonstrust.org – rather than relying on the postal service at this time.
