The Dons Trust’s ProBoards site was put into “maintenance mode” on Friday afternoon.
Following a recent accidental publication of confidential information, some of which was of a personal nature, we needed to ensure that none of that information was or would be shared on our site. We are also taking the opportunity to undertake a much needed changeover of moderators, to ensure the ongoing good running of the site.
We understand the frustration of those who use the site regularly, but as we hope you appreciate, it is very important that issues such as the protection of confidential information is a very critical duty for anyone operating a forum such as ProBoards, and we believe that our actions have been necessary and proportionate.
We will ensure that the site is back up and running by 09:00 on Monday 27 March.
