You can help AFC Wimbledon Ladies and Girls expand the number of girls’ teams they run by voting for them in a funding competition.
Next season the girls’ set-up would like to add a new Under-11s team, an additional Under-14s team, and a new Under-18s team so that they can offer enjoyable football to girls of all ages in the local community.
And in an attempt to secure funding they have submitted an application to the Aviva Community Fund.
Although the girls are charged a fee to play, costs are more than they are charged and so they are looking to receive funding to be able to set up these new teams.
You can support their application by voting for them on their application page.
If they secure enough votes, their bid could be entered into the finals where a judging panel will award the funds.
