Dons Trust members should by now have received an invitation to cast their first vote on the sale of our stadium, either by mail or email.
Members have until October 20 to submit their proxy votes electronically or by mail, or will otherwise need to attend the SGM in person on October 22 in order to vote on this important issue.
If you have not received your invitation to vote, then please contact secretary@thedonstrust.org and we can make alternative arrangements to send your voting invitation to you.
(Please note: a small number of proxy invitations remain to be sent out to those members who have joined or renewed their membership in recent weeks. These will be sent out early in the week commencing Monday, October 5.)
Members can bring along their proxy voting forms to the Dons Trust kiosk before tomorrow’s match against Barnet (October 3) or to the back bar after the match (open until 6pm).
Members of the Back in Two Ticks team will be clearly visible in Back in Two Ticks T-shirts to collect proxy forms from members or to help with any enquiries about how to complete the forms, and will have extra copies of the forms for those members who have not succeeded in downloading theirs.
