#MeetTheDTBWednesday 27 January: Meet the Dons Trust Board with Jane and Xavier

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our end of year Meet the DTB session, hosted by Luke Mackenzie and Graham Stacey and featuring special guests Hannah Kitcher and Cormac van der Hoeven. We hope you found the hour-long event useful and enjoyable.

As we enter the new year, and with a new-look board, we are pleased to announce January’s Meet the DTB session will be hosted by newly-installed DTB Co-Chairs Jane Lonsdale and Xavier Wiggins, and kicking off at 19:30 GMT on Wednesday 27 January 2021.

Register via Zoom.

For anyone who missed earlier sessions, the idea is that, each month, a couple of Dons Trust Board members host a Q&A with members via Zoom. The format is designed to allow for more informal, in-depth, and more personal, direct engagement between fans and their elected representatives.

You are invited to send questions over in advance to contact@thedonstrust.org by noon on Monday 25 January 2021 and Jane and Xavier will attempt to answer them over the course of an hour on the 27th. Subject to time, you will also be able to ask questions live on the night via Zoom’s Q&A function.

We would like to encourage members to ask questions relating to Jane and Xavier’s specialist areas of responsibility on the board, where they will be able to answer as fully as possible. Both have joint responsibility for liaison with the Football Club Board. In addition, Jane heads the Diversity & Inclusion working group and leads the Junior Dons working group.  Xavier, who is a co-founder of DLAG, is heading up a restructure of the DT’s volunteering framework and leading on the review of the Club strategy.

Other hot topics are likely to include plans for the year ahead, the new Dons Trust board line-up – it’s up to you.

The session will be recorded and made available after the event, initially to Dons Trust members on the ProBoards forum.

If you have any queries about joining the event please email Hannah on hannah.kitcher@thedonstrust.org.

We hope you can join us.
