The Dons Trust Board is aware of many fans and members having difficulty buying season tickets and/or matchday tickets, or being charged an incorrect amount when purchasing tickets. This is clearly not acceptable.
We would therefore firstly like to take this opportunity to assure members that we have instructed the Club to work to rectify these issues as a matter of urgency.
The sale of match tickets is naturally a huge part of the core business of AFC Wimbledon and forms a crux of our ambitions to be self-sustainable in our new stadium.
While our role as a DTB is to offer oversight of and support to the Club, our collective view is that this is not the time for a full inquiry, and are offering our full support to the Club while this is resolved.
We thank you for your continued patience while we work together to fix these ticketing issues.
As per the Board’s collective commitment to transparency and openness, we will update members on this process wherever possible and members can be assured that, once resolved and the time is right, the DTB will be conducting a full inquiry as to what has gone wrong and why, so that any failings can be addressed so not to be repeated in the future.

If you have experienced difficulty with your purchase, please contact tickets@afcwimbledon.ltd.uk with your name, contact details and issue and we will get back you as soon as possible (allowing for an expected high volume of callbacks).
We would also like to reassure any fans who wanted to purchase a season ticket but were unable to do so and may have bought individual tickets for Bolton and/or Gillingham instead can convert those tickets into a season ticket at no financial penalty.
