AFC Wimbledon ticketing post-implementation review findings and recommendationsTowards the end of 2021, the Dons Trust Board called for volunteers to lead a Post-Implementation Review of AFC Wimbledon’s online ticket platform.
The review team, recruited in December 2021, were tasked with reporting on lessons learned from the implementation of the online ticketing platform for the 20/21 and 21/22 seasons. This would be used to improve both the current use of the online ticket platform, as well as future comparable projects.
Ticketing Post Implementation Review – UpdateAn interim report, following the Ticketing Post Implementation Review (PIR) has been produced, based on looking at some documents and the experiences of the team.
This was discussed with the club last week and as a result, much additional information has been provided which is being reviewed. The report will be updated in the next ten days, finalised and then formally issued.
Ticketing: An update from the Dons Trust Board and an important message for season ticket holdersFollowing on from last week’s statement on ticketing, The Dons Trust Board would like to update members.
In the first instance, extra support staff (including a volunteer from the DTB and a SecuTix systems specialist) have been drafted in to assist the back office team. This should mean the Club is now able to field more phone and email enquiries and be more proactive in making outbound calls.

Ticket Sales – a statement from the Dons Trust BoardThe Dons Trust Board is aware of many fans and members having difficulty buying season tickets and/or matchday tickets, or being charged an incorrect amount when purchasing tickets. This is clearly not acceptable.
We would therefore firstly like to take this opportunity to assure members that we have instructed the Club to work to rectify these issues as a matter of urgency.
