Your Dons Trust August Newsletter

Welcome to the August 2023 Dons Trust Board newsletter – our monthly collection of news and stories from your representatives about ongoing Dons Trust activities.

Membership Update

As announced previously, we are moving the administration of Trust membership to the club’s ticketing system. We are in the final stages of the move and hope to re-open memberships soon.

Given the circumstances and line with custom and practice, we will recognize those “lapsed” members who are unable to renew manually for three months after their renewal date, including for the purposes of voting at elections and meetings.

At this stage we are working hard to ensure that the transfer of data will be completed well before we reach the end of September. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to any members.

Meet the Dons Trust Board

August’s “Meet the Dons Trust Board” session, featuring Graeme Price and Michele Little updating members on finance matters, due to take place on Wednesday 23 August from 8 pm.

We’ll be sending more details out soon on how DT members can register for this session and pose questions in advance.
