Annual General Meeting of the Dons Trust – 7.00pm on Monday 18 December 2023
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Dons Trust is confirmed for 7:00pm on Monday 18 December at Plough Lane and online.
Any member wishing to propose a members resolution for consideration at the Annual General Meeting can do so with the support of 5 other Dons Trust members and these should be submitted in writing by email to secretary@thedonstrust.org by noon on Monday 20 November (28 days prior to the AGM) – this deadline will change in the event that the AGM takes place later than 18 December.
Advice on the wording of any members resolutions can be sought from secretary@thedonstrust.org
All appropriate documents for the AGM will then be collated and sent to members electronically / or by post as appropriate in advance of the meeting.
