Tonight’s Dons Trust Board drop-in sessions are now online

Because of the closure of the Cherry Red Records Stadium due to flooding, tonight’s Dons Trust Board drop-in session is moving online.

The session will take place with slightly amended timings, between 19:00 and 20:45, but via Zoom, with breakout rooms set-up for members. The schedule for the evening is below:

AFC Wimbledon Finance Update – September 2024

The Dons Trust board (DTB) asked Michele Little, treasurer of the Dons Trust and chair of AFCW PLC’s finance committee to prepare an update for members and fans on our current financial postion and where we are with Plough Lane Bond redemptions.

Michele has been working tirelessly on contacting bondholders, managing the process for bond redemption or roll over, as well as all her other work for the Club and Trust. As such she’s in the perfect position..

Majority Rule – Background information and data for members

As part of this restricted action process, all Dons Trust members are being asked to vote twice on whether the Dons Trust rules can be changed to allow us to sell more shares in AFCW PLC (the entity that operates AFC Wimbledon) and allow us the option to reduce our ownership to no fewer than 50.01% of the shares.
