It’s been a great season

Dons Trust Board chair Matthew Breach casts his eye over the main achievements (so far!) of AFC Wimbledon’s 2015/16 season, both on and off the pitch, and says “thank you” to the volunteers.

This season has already been one of the most successful in the history of our club, whatever happens in the last two – or hopefully three – games. And the success is not restricted to the obvious improvements on the pitch: we have made huge strides off..

Justice for the 96

Inquests into the deaths of 96 Liverpool fans at 1989’s Hillsborough disaster recently concluded with new verdicts after two years of hearings. The Dons Trust hails the outcome and pays tribute to the families who campaigned for justice.

‘Modern media champion’ wanted

Following a review of recent Dons Trust Board elections, the Elections Steering Group (ESG) has been considering how member engagement in the election process can be increased. We believe that a good way of achieving this would be through enhanced media activities – Twitter debates, chatrooms and the like.

However, the ESG is currently lacking in media skills and would therefore like a ‘modern media champion’ to join them. Like all the ESG’s activities, media support would be on an..
