Wanted: secretary, communications volunteers and minute takers

Can you help the Dons Trust as its new secretary, supporting communications with members or as a minute taker?

Rob McGlinchey, the Trust’s current secretary, plans to stand down in the spring due to pressures of work. To give a feel for what the role of the secretary is you can access the current job description.

While replacing Rob, we would also like to look at the workload carried by the rest of the Trust’s secretariat, including those who assist with communications and especially the pool of minute takers – currently there’s only one volunteer in this role!

Please email Trust deputy chair Mark Davis and say how you might be able to help in any of these roles. We will look to evolve the organisation to best suit those able to assist.

Please email by Wednesday, February 15.

  1. I’d potentially be able to take up a more commercial position with the club, let me know if there is something suitable or if you would like to have a brief discussion.

    Kind regards,

  2. I’m 16 years old but I really want to be apart of the club I know I am quite young but I am determined. I love working as part of a group as I feel I can gain new skills that I may not have yet. If there is a job going that you believe would fit me could you please let me know I would very much appreciate it.
