For anyone who missed previous sessions, the idea is that each month, members of the Dons Trust Board members host a Q&A with members via Zoom. The format is designed to allow for more informal, in-depth, and more personal, direct engagement between fans and their elected representatives.
You are invited to send questions over in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org noon on Monday 28 June and Xavier, Graham and Luke will attempt to answer them over the course of an hour on the 1st. Subject to time, you will also be able to ask questions live on the night via Zoom’s Q&A function.
We would like to encourage members to ask questions relating to Xavier, Graham and Luke’s specialist areas of responsibility on the board, where they will be able to answer as fully as possible.
Xavier is the liaison with the Football Club Board he is also leading a restructuring of the Club’s volunteering framework a review of the Club strategy. Xavier also leads Board liaison with DLAG.
Luke leads the honours committee, is a member of the stadium committee and responsible for members surveys. He is also involved in the project to restructure of the Club’s volunteering framework.
Graham is a member of the DT Communications working group and is tasked with increasing fan engagement.
The session will be recorded and made available after the event, initially to Dons Trust members on the ProBoards forum.
