The Dons Trust AFC Wimbledon Club OwnersDons Trust Programme Notes – Plymouth 18/09/21

Board member Hannah Kitcher encourages supporters both young and old to visit the Dons Trust kiosk.

I hope that everyone is enjoying our new home! Personally, I still don’t feel particularly well orientated or familiar with my season ticket seat in the South Stand as a number of personal commitments are meaning that I’m missing more home games at the beginning of the season than I would have liked. This also means that I haven’t yet visited the Dons Trust kiosk, but I hope that many of you will in the coming home games.

The kiosk – located in the Fanzone, behind the South Stand and slightly tucked away behind the concessions – is the Dons Trust’s home. Before every game, a member of the Dons Trust Board will be there, and this is your opportunity to come and say hello and ask your elected Board members your questions. We also have a loose change collection box, in which all donations will go into supporting the running of the Trust and club, and Junior Dons can collect their gifts from here if pre-arranged with the Junior Dons team.

For Saturday games we will be there from when the turnstiles open (at around 13:00) until 15 minutes before kick-off. And for Tuesday night games we will be there from 18:00-19:30.

We are currently working on sorting out internet access so that we can register new Dons Trust members from the kiosk. This will be available as of the home game against Burton Albion on Saturday 2 October 2021. We will also have a laptop in the kiosk so that we can do things like checking membership status.

There are currently just over 4,500 Dons Trust members. To find out more about becoming a member of the Dons Trust, the democratic supporters’ organisation that owns AFC Wimbledon, go to: thedonstrust.org/join-the-trust
