Following updated government guidance relating to Covid-19, and with the safety of our staff and members in mind, the Dons Trust Board have taken the decision to host this year’s Annual General Meeting online only.
The AGM will still take place from 19:30 GMT on Thursday 16th December 2021, and papers and further details can be found at https://thedonstrust.org/general-meetings/

Please help us by registering using the above link as soon as possible if you are joining online. We will need to confirm you are a member before approving your registration. You will be notified when your registration has been approved.You do not have to install Zoom software to take part as you can also connect via your web browser. We will explain the rules for voting at the beginning of the meeting, including the time limit we will set for each vote. We have found that, if you can participate via a computer rather than a mobile phone, the functionality of Zoom works better for voting.We apologise for the change of format at short notice, but the health and well-being of our staff and members has to take the utmost priority here.We realise that many will be disappointed not to be able to attend in person, at Plough Lane, and that some will miss the engagement that in-person meetings allow for, and rest assured we look forward to being able to return to hybrid meetings as soon as safety permits.Given the short notice, those who opt to receive their communications by post will receive a phone call to alert them to the change of format.In the meantime, we hope as many of you as possible can join us on Thursday 16th December.Xavier WigginsJane LonsdaleDons Trust Board Co-Chairs
