The Dons Trust Board is looking for volunteers to share in minute-taking duties for monthly meetings
The Dons Trust Board is looking to enhance its Secretariat support and is recruiting additional minute takers.
The DTB formally meet monthly, but will sometimes have additional meetings in between – so require minuting for around 12-16 meetings per year in total. We are looking to expand the team of minute-takers so as to share the workload and ensure that minutes are prepared and finalised on a timely basis.
As a minute-taker, you will be responsible for:
You will not be expected to attend every meeting as the workload is shared. Each minute-taking contribution will require 3-4 hours attendance at an evening meeting (usually on a Wednesday, starting at 6.30pm) and several hours follow-up drafting the minutes. Board meetings are currently conducted remotely, via Microsoft Teams, and are recorded to assist you.
From time-to-time you may also be required to provide assistance to the AFCW PLC secretariat, to cover absences and provide resilience.
