Following our call for additional Board members in July, we have now completed the process of interviews and are delighted to announce the appointment of Anuk Teasdale and Angus Fox to join the DT Board.
We advertised for candidates who could bring additional skills to the Board. Anuk has extensive experience in Equality and Diversity. She has been an active member of the Club D&I group for many years and was part of several very successful projects in that area. She has also completed the Equality training with FSA Kick It Out for Leadership in D&I.
For over twenty years, Angus has held key roles in technology companies creating, setting and defending a strategic direction. This has been in small startups and for larger public companies, looking for success as well as in voluntary technical communities looking for audience engagement. The strategies for creating a vision, articulating it, getting people onside and overcoming their objections are applicable across sectors is something he has focused on in his career in technology.
Under the DT rules, Anuk and Angus will sit on the Board until December. If the new Board in January 2024 then decide to do so, they will be co-opted again for a further year to December 2024.
