Betting partner: survey result and next stepsThe Dons Trust recently held a ‘temperature test’ survey amongst its members to help determine our approach to a possible partnership between the club/Trust and a betting company.
Previous surveys had suggested that the Trust’s members had a fairly split attitude towards such a tie-up. With a firm proposal on the table, we wanted to explore again members’ attitudes towards the principle of a tie-up in this area.

Our ‘temperature test’ consultation with members about a possible partnership with a betting company is going live!
Trust members who are on email should have this afternoon (Friday 8 March) received an email from us setting out the proposal and outlining the next steps of our consultation.
The email for them to vote will be sent out tomorrow morning (Saturday 9 March).

AFC Wimbledon are currently in talks with a betting firm with a view to taking them on as the club’s official betting partner.
The Dons Trust are aware that betting can be a contentious issue and would like to take a “temperature test” of the membership before approving such a deal.
