Following the announcement of the resignation of Membership Secretary John Stembridge, the Dons Trust Board (DTB) is seeking applicants for the roles of project manager, analyst, administrator/s and website developer.

Background

The Dons Trust is looking to replace its current custom system and processes for administering memberships.

This will entail integration with AFC Wimbledon’s ticketing system and database, creating a members’ area of the Dons Trust website, and using third-party tools to fill any gaps not satisfied by the club’s system. We wish to recruit a person or persons to cover the following voluntary part-time roles:

Roles

Project manager
The project manager will work with outgoing Membership Secretary, John Stembridge, in defining and overseeing the integration of AFC Wimbledon’s ticketing system and database with the Dons Trust membership database.

Analyst
To assist with defining requirements, investigating options and specifying the make-up of the new membership system.

Administrator(s)
To take over day-to-day admin functions (creating new memberships, renewing lapsed memberships, responding to emails, managing stationery supplies, liaising with printers, reporting to the DTB). Skills should include basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Web developer
With responsibility for developing elements of the Dons Trust website and adding a DT-branded front end to the database For members, this will include the ability to: apply to become a member of the Trust, renewal membership and update contact details. For DTB/admin, the functionality should include: a dashboard and the ability to run custom extracts from the database. Skills should include WordPress, Javascript and using APIs.
