This year’s Dons Trust annual members’ meeting (known as the AGM) has been confirmed for 19.00 on Monday 19 December, 2022 at our stadium.
Following the consultation launched at the members’ meeting in October relating to oversight and operations, the board will be looking for approval of its resulting proposals, so this will be an opportunity to use your votes to have a say in the structure of our club and trust. At the AGM, the board will also present the Society’s accounts for 2021/22 and present various other year-end formalities and other business for discussion and approval. Please note that the meeting will be open to Dons Trust members only. Any members wanting to put forward a resolution should contact email@example.com. Please note that the deadline for receipt of any member resolutions by the Dons Trust secretary is noon on Monday 21 November, which is 28 days before to the day of the meeting. More details will follow in due course, with papers being sent out in the first week of December.
