DTB February 2026 Meeting Summary

The Dons Trust board held it’s scheduled February meeting on Wednesday 11th February at Plough Lane. Apologies were received from David Rey. All other DTB members were in attendance alongside George Jones (Secretary), Reece Wheeler-Kelly (Assistant Secretary) and Michele Little (Treasurer).

The meeting began with the board receiving an update on the ongoing investment discussions with a lengthy discussion taking place on next steps as well as planning for the upcoming 50.01 vote.

The Dons Trust are conducting an important survey of our fans and members via email, and your response would be very much appreciated.

In addition to the survey of existing bondholders we have recently conducted, we have produced a wider survey to assess the appetite of all fans/members to support us in managing the repayments coming up and keeping our interest costs down. You can do this by buying a bond this year.

The Dons Trust Board held a short board meeting following the conclusion of the AFCW PLC AGM and the Dons Trust AGM on Monday 15th December. The meeting began at 9pm. Dons Trust update – Simon Hood

The Dons Trust is disappointed to announce that Simon Hood will not be able to take his seat on the DTB at the upcoming AGM.

On the 3rd November Simon informed the secretary of the Trust a potential conflict of interest.

Simon declared the potential that he may be involved in consortium purchasing another football club.
