The Dons Trust remembersThe Dons Trust Board were honoured to lay a wreath on behalf of the Club and Trust at a service held at Wimbledon War Memorial to commemorate Remembrance Day, on Sunday. Dons Trust Board chair Kris Stewart said: “On behalf of the Club and Trust I would like to place on record our thanks to Hannah Kitcher for attending the ceremony on our behalf and for laying a wreath in memory of the fallen. Further to last night’s announcement the Elections Steering Group is pleased to confirm that there will be 13 candidates standing for the seven vacancies on the Dons Trust board this year.

Golden Goals Winners – and updateAt the game against Harrogate Town, both the prizes for Golden Goals – of £100 and £25 were claimed.
Beverley Balchin – a ex-Golden Goal seller – won the game’s first prize with ticket Player 11, Minute 39.

Election confirmedThe Elections Steering Group (ESG) is pleased to announce that following the closure of nominations on Saturday evening (29 October) we have received sufficient nomination applications for the seven vacancies on the Dons Trust board so there will be an election in the forthcoming weeks.
If you have proposed a candidate please look out for an email from us confirming your proposal.
The ESG are busy validating the applications but we hope to announce the candidates at some point tomorrow (31 October).
