Official notification will be sent to members nearer the time, but you might want to put it in your diary now.

The AGM was originally pencilled-in for the following day but has been moved to avoid a potential clash with another event.

Election candidate statements released

The candidate statements for the Dons Trust Board election 2019 have now been sent to members but you can also read the candidate statements online.

Ballot papers will be sent out to members on or about Sunday 3 November.

The order in which the candidates appear on the ballot was drawn by Neil Springate of The Fulham Supporters Trust, our independent observer. The statements are in the reverse order.

September’s board meeting summary

The Dons Trust Board (DTB) held its monthly meeting at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on Wednesday 25 September. Ahead of publication of the redacted minutes, this article summarises the main points discussed.

Present from the DTB were Rob Crane, Mark Davis, Colin Dipple, Anna Kingsley, Hannah Kitcher, Edward Leek, Jane Lonsdale and Luke Mackenzie. Apologies had been received for Roger Evans and Cormac van der Hoeven.

Earlier this summer the Dons Trust Board approved a new ‘communications ethos’. We are now seeking two volunteers to help deliver it on an ongoing basis.

The two volunteers will work together to:

attend monthly board meetings and produce a summary of discussions for uploading to the Trust website use Zoho Social to increase the Trust’s presence and engagement on social media use Mailchimp to create monthly emails to members monitor the contact@thedonstrust.org email address to respond to inbound email..
