Ticketing: An update from the Dons Trust Board and an important message for season ticket holdersFollowing on from last week’s statement on ticketing, The Dons Trust Board would like to update members.
In the first instance, extra support staff (including a volunteer from the DTB and a SecuTix systems specialist) have been drafted in to assist the back office team. This should mean the Club is now able to field more phone and email enquiries and be more proactive in making outbound calls.

Ticket Sales – a statement from the Dons Trust BoardThe Dons Trust Board is aware of many fans and members having difficulty buying season tickets and/or matchday tickets, or being charged an incorrect amount when purchasing tickets. This is clearly not acceptable.

Pub name revealedWe can finally reveal the result you’ve all been waiting for – our new Plough Lane pub will be called The Phoenix.
