Members can now see the draft minutes of April’s SGM.
These are being shared while the meeting’s fresh in your memory, but keep a note of any amendments you might have until we send out the official notification of our next SGM, which is when these draft minutes will get amended, if necessary, and approved.
Don’t forget that you’ve got until this Friday to cast your vote to help decide the club’s badge.
Members should by now have received information about the SGM scheduled for Wednesday 17 April, either by email or by post (according to your chosen communication method).

Papers will be distributed to members closer to the time but, in the meantime, members should mark this date in their diary.

Dons Trust members and AFCW PLC shareholders are reminded of two important meetings taking place at The Cherry Red Records Stadium on Thursday, to conclude the vote on a forthcoming share issue by AFCW PLC.
At 7.30pm, the Dons Trust SGM will start. Members are asked to arrive in plenty of time because, as well as the usual check-in arrangements, we will need to check that any members wishing to cast their vote on the evening are eligible to vote..
The Dons Trust’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 13 December 2018. Papers will be sent out closer to the time but Dons Trust members should hold that date in their diary.
Any member wishing to submit a resolution for that meeting should send it to the Secretary in writing by noon on Thursday 15 November (see Rule 23 of the Dons Trust Constitution for further details).
